    The Mid-South Fair school art contest has a new venue this year -- the DeSoto Civic Center. The artwork moved south, along with the fair, from the buildings at the Mid-South Fairgrounds in Memphis. Overall Best of Show went to Lisa Zhou, 10th grade, White Station High School.
