The mission of Jefferson Christian Academy is to assist students to become leaders through service to God and humanity.
This is accomplished through an integrated program that includes distinct spiritual/moral, mental, physical, work, and social/leadership educational components.
We strive to create opportunities for students to practice becoming increasingly self-sufficient, self-supporting, literate, informed, responsible, and productive members of a global society.
We prepare and encourage our graduates to pursue further education (liberal arts or vocational college) and find to avenues and professions in which they may serve others while preparing for Christ's soon return.
Jefferson Academy seeks to provide a Christ-centered curriculum and program of activities, using the inspired counsel given to the church as well as appropriate secular theories, in its implementation.
Our philosophy is to teach the beliefs, ideals, and customs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, as well as to lead its students to ascertain and accept, in practice and sentiment, the mind and will of God as revealed in His Word.
