Montessori Episcopal School, or MES, has been a leader in Montessori education since being founded in 1969. Our church and school staff are dedicated to fostering the healthy spiritual and academic development of each and every child. Montessori Episcopal School welcomes children of preschool through First Grade ages. Montessori Episcopal School offers educational programs for children from the age of 18 months through first grade. The teaching is based on the work of Maria Montessori, an early pioneer in the education of young children. The Montessori curriculum creates an environment that stimulates the child to explore and discover for him or herself according to his or her own interests and readiness.
