St. Mark's Episcopal School opened its doors in 1960 as a preschool full of eager children. As a parish day school of St. Mark's Episcopal Church its dream was to provide a nurturing early school. The dream continues with a strong commitment to exemplary education which integrates the academic, physical, interpersonal, and spiritual development of its students. Within this framework, instruction, which recognizes the propensity of children to learn, challenges children's natural enthusiasm for new discovery.
