Especially designed for children in grades K-12, the individualized educational process at Briarwood is total. We educate the mind and cultivate the spirit, always striving to enhance self-image through academic, physical, emotional, and social growth. The warmth and vitality that permeates the Briarwood campus is a great asset in providing the students, from throughout Harris and surrounding counties, support and encouragement to learn and develop individual interests and to bridge the gap between their intellectual potential and academic achievement. We believe every child can learn and every child has the right to be taught in the way that he or she learns best. The goal of The Briarwood School is to provide an individual learning environment that fosters the total development of each student and builds academic skills, increases motivation, and bolsters self-esteem. By identifying a child's learning style, remediating weaknesses, and teaching to strengths, Briarwood provides each child with a solid foundation that serves as the basis for future success.
