Satellite High School surf club member Pete Polanski is tearing it up. The 17-year-old from Indian Harbour Beach won the junior men's division of the Eastern Surfing Association's Southeast Regionals, beating Satellite teammate Tommy Orsini, who was fourth, in Monday's final.
