St. Bernard High School endeavors to help the individual develop spiritually, morally, intellectually, culturally, socially and physically. It is a community of students, teachers and parents seeking to incorporate into their lives the truths of Jesus Christ and to expand the Kingdom of God. The school's communal spirit reaches out to students of all races, beliefs and social backgrounds. St. Bernard offers a broad-based liberal arts curriculum with an emphasis on Christian values and Catholic tradition. This curriculum is designed to meet the needs of the college-bound student. Students are expected to work to achieve their own individual potential on academic and spiritual levels, with the guidance of parents as primary educators, in partnership with the faculty. They are encouraged to incorporate Christian values, community involvement and global awareness into their everyday lives.
