Creative Learning Academy (CLA) was founded in 1972 as a Montessori program for young children and has since grown into a preprimary through eighth grade co-educational day school. Our mission is to provide students with a strong foundation of academic excellence, creativity, and integrity. Our philosophy is to achieve and maintain, in an academic balance, two specific educational goals - academic excellence and individual potential, recognizing and encouraging the best in each student. We educate not only with respect to academic growth and achievement, but also in the areas of athletics, fine arts, community service, and extra-curricular activities. Our vision is to provide each student the opportunity to achieve academic excellence in preparation for higher education and to instill in him/her a strong sense of morality, values and social responsibility.
