Notes for Prospective Students
Enrollment in Grade 9 Complete
the Application for Admission form online. You must create a
username and login to apply. Submit a copy of the student`s birth
certificate. Submit a copy of the student`s most recent
standardized test scores (usually ILEARN scores). Submit a copy of
the student`s most recent report card. A student attending a
public elementary or middle school must submit a copy of the most
recent standardized test scores (usually ILEARN scores) and the
most recent report card. These documents are available from the
public school office. If the student`s GPA is below a "C" or 2.0
average, then an appeal must be submitted.

Retention.A student attending a Lutheran elementary school may be
required, in special circumstances, to complete an interview for
enrollment with a school administrator prior to acceptance. CLHS
will notify the family if an interview with the family and student
is required. Transfer Students(second semester Grade 9 and Grades
10-12) A student desiring to transfer to CLHS is expected to
present a positive record of academic performance and citizenship
from the school he/she currently attends. Complete
