To start the process, begin there. * Once your student's application (Shared Applicant Information Form) has been submitted, you will be able to keep track of your progress using the checklist that will appear on the upper righthand corner of your screen. A green checkmark indicates we have received the document. * Please upload a photo of your child. - Shared Applicant Information Form: Pre-K3 through 12th grade- to be submitted by February 1, 2024. - Early Notification Pre-K3 & Early Notification Pre-K4- to be submitted by December 15, 2023 - Financial Assistance Application: Pre-K3 through 12th grade- to be submitted by February 1, 2024. - Early Notification Pre-K3 & Early Notification Pre-K4- to be submitted by December 15, 2023 - Supplemental Forms: Parent Questionnaire / Student Questionnaire (6-12th) / Teacher Evaluation Forms / Transcript Pre-K3 through 12th grade- to be submitted by February 15, 2024 - Early Notification Pre-K3 & Early Notification Pre-K4- to be submitted by January 15, 2024 - JATP Kindergarten - 5th grades- to be submitted by February 15, 2024. *Please schedule your child's JATP accordingly (www.jatp.org). - SSAT 6th - 12th grades- National SSAT testing dates are offered each month. *Please schedule your student's SSAT accordingly (www.ssat.org).
