Holy Innocents' Episcopal School

As the largest Episcopal Parish Day School in the nation and the only 3-year-old through 12th grade Episcopal School in Georgia, we have a unique story and we hope you will be a part of that story as we write the next chapter.
At HIES, we are steeped in the Episcopal intellectual tradition of academic excellence, social justice, spiritual growth and servant-leadership. We believe that God is present in every person.
Therefore, we value multiple voices and perspectives around all of life's questions, no matter your family faith tradition. This intentional welcome to all is a hallmark of our mission. Our students aren't just scholars or athletes or servant leaders.
They are all of these things and more.  Through a broad, diverse and rigorous curriculum, they become empathetic, enthusiastic, and open-minded learners to serve as catalysts for change.
We understand that choosing the right school for your child is filled with many questions.
We look forward to working with you and your family throughout the admissions process. While many things are different these days, many things remain the same at HIES: our commitment to developing in students a love of learning, respect for self and others, faith in God and a sense of service to the world community.
And we can`t wait to share this with you! Although our current plan is to return to school this fall, in person and on campus, our 2020-21 admissions process will be primarily a virtual one.

This is the best school ever!!!!!!!

First year at HIES in ninth grade, and so far we love it. My son knew by the end of the first week that he liked his new school, and we knew we had made the right selection from several acceptances. The teachers and support of the Deans and Administration make this a wonderful school. The academics are challenging, but there is plenty of individual support when extra help is needed. Overall a good group of kids that have welcomed the new students.
