Notes for Prospective Students

A Completed Application Includes: Online Application Student Portfolio: Submit 2-5 examples of student work (in any subject area) that demonstrate the applicant`s creativity, skills, and enthusiasm for learning. We request that at least one of these items is a writing sample. Teacher Recommendation Form (sent via application portal).Student Records: For students entering grades 1-11, please request that your child`s school submit current student transcripts, as well as any other evaluations and standardized test scores directly to MIS. Evidence of eligibility for gifted programs, or WISC-IV results. Other cognitive abilities tests are acceptable if completed in the last 12 months.Non-refundable application fee of $100.
