Apply Online 11/3/2025-12/17/2025 for 1st-8th grade applications.
Kindergarten & Preschool Applications are available 1/7/2026 to
1/30/2026. Any applications received outside of this window will be
added to an interest list if a wait pool has been established.
Schedule Admissions Screening: Applicants applying to 1st4th grades
should schedule their admissions screening using the link provided
in the admissions application confirmation email. Applicants
applying to 5th8th grades will complete ISEE admissions testing at
St. Luke's or any participating ISEE test site. Parents will pay
ISEE directly to take this exam. *Upon careful review of the
Admissions screening and required documents, applicants who meet
the academic criteria for St. Luke's will move forward with
scheduling the next steps. Student Shadow Visit: A "shadow visit"
is when an applicant spends a day at SLLS to experience what it's
like to be a student there. The visiting student is paired with a
current student whom they "shadow" throughout the day. This means
attending classes and participating in activities like lunch,
recess, and special areas. It's a great way for the applicant to
get a feel for St. Luke's, meet teachers and students, and see if
the school is a good fit for them. Admissions Interview: This
one-on-one session allows the applicant and their parent(s) to meet
with the Principal, answer any questions, and share more about
their family. The school may ask about the student's academic
goals, extracurricular activities, and personal interests, while
the family can ask any questions about the school. The interview
helps both sides determine if the school is a good fit.
