Notes for Prospective Students
Dear Prospective West Hill Families, Thank you for taking the time
to learn more about The West Hill School and for considering West
Hill for your child`s preschool experience. At The West Hill
School, we create a nurturing atmosphere where individuality is
valued and honored. We believe that a diverse and welcoming
community fosters a positive experience for all. We respect and
appreciate differences among members of our school family,
including age, culture, disability, ethnicity, family structure,
gender, learning styles, national origin, race, religion, sexual
orientation, and socio-economic status. We are committed to
achieving a safe and inclusive environment across all areas of
school life.The West Hill School application process includes a
Parent/Guardian Visit, submission of student application and fee,
and a Child Visit. West Hill begins accepting applications and fees
for the subsequent school year on July 1st. Parent/Guardian Visits
are conducted throughout the school year and both the
Parent/Guardian Visit and application with fee must be completed
prior to the Child Visit being scheduled. Child Visits begin in
late autumn.Admissions decisions are made by the Admissions
Committee in late January/early February. We welcome applications
after this time, however, applicants will be placed into our wait
pool and will be considered as enrollment permits.Thank you again
