Massasoit School was founded and accepted its first students in 1981. Since that time we have not wavered from our initial mission of serving youths whose lives have been complicated by school failure, and by social, emotional and behavioral problems. For some students, we are their last hope. For many more we are their first hope. The work we do with our students builds the tools and resources they will need as contributing members of society. This work has the potential to transform non-readers to readers, failures into successes and obstacles into opportunities. Massasoit School offerS a broad array of services to meet the many intensive needs of our students.
