Free fitness screenings, fitness classes and more are offered at the third annual Women's Health & Fitness Fair, which runs through Saturday at the Botsford Center for Health Improvement. Detroit Waldorf School is offering Metro Detroiters an opportunity to "pay it forward" one Saturday at a time by volunteering for the school's community service projects.
