On target: Dominque Hauscarriague, a third-grader at Good Shepherd Elementary School in Pacifica, won first place in his age group in the California Coastal Commission’s Art & Poetry Contest for his poem “Catching the Sun.” The competition for K-12 students drew 1,636 entries.
