    Austin Mohr’s New Year’s resolution was to get a longer leg. His plan of action began Jan.5 at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas. Austin, age 11, will be going through the Ilizarov’s procedure in an attempt to lengthen his right leg three inches to match his left.
