    • The Oakridge School's applicants are required to complete the following procedures:
    • Submit the paper or online application, with $75 fee, beginning in the late fall semester;
    • Give recommendation forms to teachers and/or principal or counselor by the end of the fall semester and encourage them to send the forms in directly to the admissions office by January to early February;
    • Register for testing at least 21 days before the designated test date. Testing begins on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and then continues through April for grades 1-12. Testing for Preschool through Kindergarten occurs on the day of the classroom visit;
    • Schedule a classroom visit beginning in the fall through the early spring semester;
    • The last step in the process will be the interview with the parent (grades PS-4) or with the parent and student together (grades 5-12);
    • Once all of these steps are completed, the student's application file goes to the admissions committee for the final decision.
    • If at any point along the way you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

School Reviews

  • Recommended June 04, 2013 - My name is Valerie I''m 16 and I live in Kenya, have a family in Texas and I woke really like to start a fresh life and feel good about myself and would be honoured If I got the chance to prove myself. My English is really good and so is my spelling, I love music, and can sing too, acting and basketball and swimming are my best skills also. I am very responsible and mature but have made mistakes which if given a second chance, I can do right by me and those affected. Please give me the opportunity to fix my life and make my family proud of me. Thank you - Posted by Student/Alumni
