    LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER Learning Resource Center of Polk County, Inc. (LRC) offers summer coursework and enrichment programs. For students who have completed kindergarten through fifth grade, LRC offers enrichment programs that help students maintain their mental momentum through the summer.
