My family transitioned our son into 6th grade at Providence Christian Academy. We were coming from a smaller Christian school and wanted him to grow, in middle school and high school, with the same group of friends. Not only has our son thrived at PCA, but he has also made ( and maintained) the strongest friendships ever. The curriculum is equally challenging and fun. The middle school hallway is a very special environment, filled with teachers who truly LOVE and EMBRACE these kids, with all the challenges that come with being a pre-teen. And high school has been the same experience. The administration has been 100% hands-on for us, in what has been our most challenging year to date. No school is perfect, but when there's been an issue, we address it and it's handled with respect and great care. As we march forward towards 10th grade, it's with peace and joy, knowing that our son will be taking care. PCA gives each student the opportunity to explore, learn and THRIVE.

I graduated from Providence in 2014 after attending the high school for 4 years and I am so thankful my parents cared about me enough to send me to this school. The small class sizes, the skilled teachers that cared, the Christian community, and the sports teams that I could play for created a great high school experience. I was involved in the Academic Success Center since I struggled with ADHD and this program helped me greatly and led me to be able to succeed in college.

Dear Prospective Parent,There are so many things that I love about Providence. I have a very active, sports-oriented boy whp has just turned 13. He came in the 5th grade and we are grateful to have coaches who are good role models for our son. The drama program has been fantastic and has allowed him to "try his hand" at the fine arts. The productions have been something we are proud to invite family and friends to see. The school work is a challenge and will prepare him for college studies. Most of all, as we move through Middle School the administration and teachers work hand-in-hand with us to train our son in righteousness. It is a true partnership. If I complain, they listen. If they complain, I listen. We are very happy at Providence.

I came into Providence during the middle of my freshman year- talk about a potentially hard transition! The newness of high school and everyone trying to figure out friends and academics and sports should have made the transition really tough, but it was not. Almost everyone in my grade came up to meet me the first day, and by the end of the week, I had had so many interactions with all of them that I could remember all of their names! They all offered to take me wherever I needed to go or help me with anything I needed. I did not feel uncomfortable asking for help from any of them. The story is the same with the teachers and students from other grades too. Providence holds the students to a very high standard of academics and behavior. I like being in that environment so much. When I was in public school, those standards weren't there, so there were so many more distractions from your learning. Would definitely recommend Providence to anyone!

Best decision we ever made! Went to tour for middle school in the future (daughter was only 5 at the time). Was in tears in minutes and felt God was calling us there starting in kindergarten. Don't let the financial side prevent you from looking into PCA, if He is calling you there, He will provide a way!

I love Providence! I feel so blessed to be able to go to school here. The teachers are great and actually care about if you understand what you are learning. I've made great friends and I am very, very thankful God gave me the opportunity to go here!

I have attended Providence since my 8th grade year. Being here is an incredible blessing. I was accepted into a wonderful family the minute I stepped foot in the school halls. I can't express my gratitude enough towards the relationships that have been formed between my peers and teachers. My class is a great big family and there are so many people that I trust. The faculty and staff at Providence mean so much more to me than just their titles. They not only are teachers or coaches, but spritual leaders, mentors, and even friends. Providence is my second home. It is a very special place to me and my family.

We really looked around at high schools (private/public, tours, application and interviews), and we are so glad we chose Providence. We have two kids, and each of their transitions to high school at Providence was seamless, immediately positive and even fun. The school has a really welcoming environment, the upperclassmen learn the freshmen's names and mentor them in groups, and the kids even hold the school doors open for parents, faculty and each other (and vice versa). The academics are challenging (regular, honors and AP), and they have great class sizes of about 10-18 (unlike a local public school which, on our tour, showed us a classroom of +40 kids and said they don't have enough desks or textbooks for everyone). The teachers and students are happy at Providence, and it shows both in terms of how they treat each other and their campus. All kinds of kids hang out with each other too - no cliques. Our kids also play sports at Providence, and the coaches have taught them life lessons, as well as in sportmanship, winning the right way and faith. Teachers and coaches can be a big influence on high school kids so Providence really resonated with us. We are on a budget (we are definitely not rich!), and we look at our investment in Providence as an investment in our kids. Providence is a great combination of a Christian education, academics, and sports which encourages each student to be what God has in store for them -- even if they don't know what that is yet. On top of all that, our kids really love it and are happy going to high school. We definitely made the right decision for us and we are thrilled with Providence!

Providence is a wonderful place. It has an excellent faculty who academically challenge my children. They pray for my children and direct them in true life issues. I highly recommend this school as an extension of your Christian home. My children have grown academically and spiritually because of this school.

Solid academically, spirirtually strong. I have an 11th grader and a 5th grader. We are so blessed to have our children in a school that partners with us, to grow them up in their faith as well as prepare them academically for the challenges at the next level including college. Both of my children have been involved in school sports and extra curricular enrichment type activities. The quality of these programs is excellent, from fine arts to sports. Having teachers and coaches who love your children and want them to be successful in school and in life makes a huge difference. We are thankful to be a part of the Providence Family.

This is our second year in elementary school at PCA and our two kids love it! PCA is a great partner in our quest to raise our children to know and love the Lord. The teachers, staff, curriculum and after school activities are first class. While it is a sacrifice, it is worth every penny!

Providence is an outstanding school that promotes academic excellence and spiritual growth on equal footing. Students are loved for who they are, yet they are challenged to continue to become the person Christ intends for them to be. Every day is not perfect--anywhere-- but in the culture of Providence, students learn work through the bumps in the road. The teachers are wonderful and always available to partner with parents.

I have two children in the Elementary School at Providence. The quality of the teachers and academic program has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. The culture of Providence encourages relationships and is built on trust and respect. This school does exactly what it says it will do - serve as an extension of my home where I can trust teachers, staff, other parents, and students. Without hesitation, I can say that Providence delivers on its promise to serve as an extension of my home.

Our family has been at Providence for 10 years. Our daughters have received an outstanding academic and biblical education, but they have also benefitted from teachers who have mentored them spiritually. There is a definite sense of God on this campus. The administration and teachers seek to partner with parents in the education of their children.

We moved back to Gwinnett County after 5 years away so our two boys could attend Providence and become the young men that Providence has a strong hand in developing. The loving environment in Elementary was excellent, and we have been very pleased with the academics in High School that challenge our gifted students. Offering the students vibrant worship and real Truth on a weekly basis are invaluable to us. In this size school, all students can participate in athletics and are encouraged at their level.

We have 2 sons that attended Providence from Kindergarten thru 12 th grade. The spiritual nurture, encouragement and challenge that the teachers gave our boys had such a tremendous impact on their lives, and was a huge support in our efforts as parents! Providence has a unique family feel, opportunities for student leadership and a Christ centered environment. We love Thais school!

As a mom of an only child, I went thru an extensive search to find the right school for my daughter. I was one of those crazy parents that had a checklist and looked at everything at a school including sitting in the classroom. That was a long time ago as my daughter is now a junior in high school, and has been at Providence Christian Academy since she was in Kindergarten. We are so blessed to be at Providence. Whether you are looking for strong academics, a variety of extra- curricular activities, and/or a strong faith based education, you will find all of these and more. The more for us has been teachers that love my daughter and want her to be the best she can be. The more for us is the love and care from teachers and parents who are now my friends. The more is a community that prays for each other and celebrates the good, but helps you walk thru the bad. I wish you the best as you begin your journey for finding the right school for your family.

Our family has been a part of the PCA family for 8 years now. We have an 8th grader, 4th grader and 2nd grader. PCA is a wonderful, loving, Christian environment where my children learn and exceed in academics. PCA also comes along side our family and instills the biblical and Christian beliefs we as a family cherish. It truly is an extension of our home and we partner with our kids teachers to grow our children academically and spiritually. PCA is a financial sacrifice, but it is a sacrifice that will have eternal payoffs. PCA teaches children to be the hands and feet of Jesus by doing projects that help less fortunate and teaches our students love and compassion for all. PCA is without a doubt the best choice we ever made for our family. If you are looking for a academically strong and spiritually bible based education, PCA is for you.

I have found Providence a great value in educating my two daughters. My eldest is graduating and was accepted and granted academic scholarships to several schools. Most importantly the Biblical World View has given my girls the ability to excel in life.
