Notes for Prospective Students

In order to apply, families must provide the following to the school. Items can be mailed or dropped off between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM: **With the recent school building closures due to COVID19, online registration is available, and in-person registration is by appointment only.** Completed Application (both sides), SmartTuition form, Health Examination Form, Past three years of report cards (if applicable), Application fee of $100/student. Once you have applied, Good Shepherd School's principal will review your application and report cards. Families will then receive a call to continue the process where you will be asked to provide: Updated Immunization Card, Original Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), Most Current Physical Form from a Physician. Please contact the school for information regarding transfer students.
