In operation since 2007 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Greater Baton Rouge Hope Academy (Hope) is a private, secular school offering quality, educational opportunities which empower each student to reach their highest potential.
All students, from ages 5-22, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, Down Syndrome, and other unique learning challenges, experience small class sizes and an individualized curriculum to reach their highest potential. .
The Brighton School is a K-12 school dedicated to helping students the way they learn.
Our mission: The Brighton School prepares students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences to succeed.
Our Vision: We seek to provide the most effective, evidence-based educational environment in our region for students with dyslexia and related language-based learning differences.
This mission and vision are shared by parents, Board of Directors, teachers, and staff alike. It is our hope to assist children in becoming responsible, resourceful, and respectful individuals with the ability to advocate for themselves. The Brighton School is truly a special place.
