Overview
Lil' Red Hen Kindergarten understands that the entire process of selecting day care for your child can be exhausting and troubling.
We want to do everything we can to help you arrive at the decision best suited for all concerned.
To teach children to work both independently and cooperatively. To develop the creative skills and critical thinking skills of the child.
To develop affective communication skills of the student. To help the student have an understanding and acceptance of himself as a unique individual and to encourage the fullest development of his capabilities.
To develop good and proper attitudes toward the family. To promote physical fitness, good health and good use of the body.
Epworth Christian School was conceived in the hearts of the congregation at Epworth Fellowship Church in 1979.
After 32 years, ECS esteems itself in providing excellence in education to the children and families of this community.
We are proud to have quality staff who consider ministry to children to be as important as academics.
At ECS, we are committed to partnering with parents to continue to offer the best PreK-8 program on the Eastern Shore.
Epworth Christian School (ECS) – the Christian Home Extended - reinforces the faith and values of Christian parents.
We believe that: (1) policies and procedures governing the school should be consistent with the standards of the Bible, which is God’s inspired Word; (2) each child is unique, created in God’s image to live a life of faith and service; (3) faith in Christ must be applied to all areas of life; and (4) that God’s Word has the answers to individual and world problems.
As an educational institution, our objective is for each child to ultimately develop a Christ-centered worldview and a strong Christian belief system.
It is our goal to partner with and encourage parents in their efforts to teach, shape, equip, encourage and love their children.
