KinderCare is PHENOMENAL! The facilities are clean, modern, and full of things that are just right for kids. You can tell that it was designed with the kids' learning and fun in mind. The staff are excellent! They're professional, kind, and communicative. They are dedicated to the health, safety, and learning of every child. It's EASY to leave my baby girl in their care and trust that she's in good hands. The teachers in each room are smart, friendly, and somehow manage to give personalized attention to all of the little ones in their room. They work well as a team, and see themselves as partners with the parents -- both of which are committed to the success of the child. I really appreciate how they consistently use the App to share updates, send pictures, and (when necessary) send notes to communicate throughout the day. Although my baby girl is too young to talk, the smile on her face when I drop her off and pick her up tells me everything I need to know about whether she's enjoying herself or not. Not to mention, she's blasting through our developmental milestones and is an overall healthy, happy baby. In case it's not obvious by now, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blacksburg South KinderCare. There's a reason why they're waiting list stays full -- it's the place you want your child to be!
