Here at the Fitness Lane KinderCare we have a staff that is a great combination of long term and fresh faced teachers.
Our teachers are highly credentialed with each one having either their Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education, Child Development Associates Credential, or are currently working towards their Child Development Associates Credential.
We also have ongoing trainings throughout the year as well as bi-annual professional development days for all staff members.
We are happy to share that our teachers have chosen to work in Early Childhood Education because it is a passion for them, not simply a hobby.

School Notes
- Welcome to the Fitness Lane KinderCare in Fishers, IN.Our
center is nestled off of 96th Street and Lantern
Road. It is conveniently located behind Cookie Cutters,
Dunkin Donuts, and Starbucks. We have a strong team of
passionate teachers who love helping children reach their
potential. We pride ourselves on having a tight knit
community within our center that allows every child to feel as safe
and secure as if they were at home. We can’t wait to welcome
you to our family.
- At our center, your child's health and safety is our top
priority. We have many security measures in place to keep our
children safe and secure. Some of these include a locked lobby door
accessed through a keypad, secured playgrounds, and strict parent/
guardian identification procedures. We also do name to face
checks in every classroom every thirty minutes as well as when
transitioning to other areas of the building.
Throughout every school day the teachers are modeling and teaching the children about good health. During meals, the teachers sit with the students and discuss why we are eating certain foods and the benefits they give our bodies. While engaging in outdoor and gross motor play the teachers are helping guide the children to an understanding that exercise and daily activity helps to keep our bodies strong.
Our teachers take pride in knowing that their classrooms are well maintained. They do this through daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. All members of our staff are also annually certified in CPR and First Aid.
