School Notes
- Founded in 1990, our school has helped hundreds of young people find independence and peace while learning respect for themselves, others, and their environment. All classrooms are guided by a Montessori credentialed teacher and facilitated by at least one assistant. Our rooms are mixed-age, which means children grow with the same teacher for up to three years. This enables teachers to gain a deeper understanding of the child and their needs, and also allows the child to feel the benefits of a long-term guide and support network. Our school has remained open and in-person throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, made possible by adhering to both local and CDC guidelines and standards. All staff is fully vaccinated and our school requires masks indoors for all people over the age of 2 years old. Our greatest priority is the safety and wellbeing of our young people.

I highly recommend this school. My daughter attended Park View Montessori for about a year before we moved out of Chicago, starting when she was 18 months old. My daughter grew immensely during her time at Park View; she became more independent and proactive in reading and learning new things. It was also very obvious that she enjoyed school, so much so that she never once said she didn`t want to go, and always came home with a big smile! The administration staff and teachers were warm, welcoming, passionate, and extremely helpful at every turn. The atmosphere is wonderful. Could not have been happier with my daughter`s early education.

I highly recommend this school! Both of my children started going to Park View Montessori III when they were 18 months old. They've aged out now, and I feel like we're leaving family. Park View's greatest strength is its incredible teaching staff. The lead teachers have many years, if not decades, of experience teaching young children in a Montessori environment. Despite being highly educated and trained, the teachers exhibit endless humility, patience, and care. They truly love every child that comes into their classroom and they see each child as unique, even though they've had so many students over the years. My children learned practical life skills, how to read at a young age, and many other skills and attitudes that are from this school. I'm so grateful for the role that this school played in our family's life!
