School Notes

  • Thank you for taking the time to explore the wonderful educational opportunity available to your child(ren) on "the ridge" in West Michigan!
  • Trinity Lutheran School has been in operation since 1869!  In 2014, upon the retirement of one, and the relocation of others of our teaching staff, the family of faith at Trinity Lutheran Church recommitted to school ministry.  With a refreshed vision, and a brand new staff we experienced a new beginning and we affectionately began to refer to Trinity Lutheran School as a "brand new nearly 150 year old school".
  • While change is inevitable in order to be innovative and academically excellent, we are committed to two areas which are non-negotiable values:
  • The education we offer at Trinity is Christ Centered.  Jesus, the saving message of the Gospel, as well as the truth of all Scripture as the holy, inspired, and inerrant word of God is not relegated to a religion course, but rather is foundational to who we are and all we do at Trinity Lutheran School.
  • The education we offer at Trinity is Student Focused.  Children are unique creations!  As such, each classroom may have a vast array of abilities present.  Because our staff is committed to providing the individual attention that students need, we intentionally cap our class sizes to 20 students or less.
  • While it is true that offering this excellent Christ Centered, Student Focused education to families is not free, we are committed to making it affordable!  If you want your child to benefit from what we are offering, we want to partner with you to make that happen!  The truth is that our tuition is lower than providing day care for children!  In addition, we have a generous tuition assistance program through a partnership with LCDSF (Lutheran Christian Day School Fund) as well as other tuition reduction options.  This investment in the educational and spiritual life of your child(ren) is "priceless" and yet made far more affordable that most people realize.I invite you to check out our Facebook page:  https://www.facebook.com/Trinity-Lutheran-School-160200107422506/ ref=hl.  There you will find pictures and information about many of the amazing and educationally innovative things that take place in this wonderful school!    While Facebook can give you a sense of our school, there is nothing like coming to see for yourself.  Please feel free to call if you have any questions or would like to come for a visit.  We are always proud to show folks around!
