We have a variety of staff members that bring different skills and abilities to our center.
Some of our staff members have been here since the 1990's and house a variety of degrees from Child Development Associate's Credentials to Master's! Our staff is like one big family and all of them share the same mission; which is the growth and education of our children.

School Notes
- Our KinderCare is a positive learning climate comprised of many things. It is a place that respects children. It is a place where children receive guidance and encouragement from the responsible adults around them. It is an environment where children can experiment and try out new ideas without fear or failure. It is an atmosphere that builds children’s self-confidence so they dare to take risks. It is an environment that nurtures a love of learning. And it is a second home in which every child feels loved, nurtured, and taken care of.
- Our motto here at The Chester KinderCare is "cleanliness and safety are key". We strive to make our learning environments not only clean, but inviting. We ensure the safety of our children and staff by allowing access to the building only through our coded entry door and our name to face counts done every half an hour. Our staff members are all CPR and First Aid certified. We always have a MAT trained staff member on hand, and we have an in-house Health and Safety Coordinator.
