A non-profit, private school centrally located in Greenville, S.C., Einstein Academy is dedicated to developing the skills of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia, Central Auditory Processing Disorder, and other learning difficulties.At Einstein Academy we want our students to develop the skills of asking questions and organizing their thoughts. We gently push students to stretch academically. We teach our students the skills, habits, and thought processes that lead to a love of learning. We want our students to have the support, information and tools they need to recognize how they learn and acquire knowledge best.The Einstein Academy philosophy, structure and process is based on principles adopted in 2005. These principles are the guiding standard of our school and have provided success for children with learning difficulties consistently since it`s conception.We guide student success through an individualized, self-paced curriculum, small class size, structured daily schedule, and daily physical education classes. Academic instruction incorporates the Orton-Gillingham method and Math-U-See for all grades.After 15 years of successfully serving grades 4 through 8, we are pleased to now also enroll 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade children beginning with the 2019-2020 school year.1.
