Our teachers have an average of four years at our center and an average of seventeen years in the education field.
The majority of our teachers have either their Child Development Associate's Credential or Bachelor's Degree in Education.
Rocky Mountain KinderCare strives for excellence through continuing education from our biannual company professional development trainings and by seeking additional college courses or seminars in the education field.

Our center provides a safe environment by providing a key pad entry
to all classrooms. Our Health & Safety Coordinator is Erin Beaman.
She monitors the centers liscensing and OSHA standards through
daily, weekly, monthly check list to ensure the safest environment
for all of our children.
