The teachers at the Valley Ranch KinderCare are dedicated and passionate about educating young children.
We all see the importance that the first 5 years of a child's life is crucial in forming the person that they will ultimately become.
We are fortunate to have several staff that have been with us for more than 5 years.
We pride ourselves on our staff's education. All of our lead teachers have either their Degree in Education or their Child Development Associate Certificate.
At the end of the day, the children's success and happiness is due to teachers that have the passion to help these children reach their next development milestone.

School Notes
- Welcome to your Valley Ranch KinderCare. We have been an active
part of the community since 1994. We are very excited to meet your
family. We pride ourselves on being an extended part of the
families that we serve. We offer several family activities
throughout the year to assist us in bringing your family closer to
ours. KinderCare provides a curriculum that allows teachers to
organize and structure their environment to meet the needs of each
individual child in their classroom. Everyday we work on getting
your child one step closer to being ready to join the public school
system. We concentrate on whole body development which means that
not only are we teaching them cognitiveskills necessary for
academic success, but also teaching them how to build social
skills. Everyone that works in our school has a true passion for
the advocation of early childhood education. Together we have over
120 years of experience. Again, I look forward to meeting you and
introducing you to our KinderCare family.
- Paulene Carr, Center Director - At The Valley Ranch KinderCare, your child's safety is one of our top priorities. To ensure safety, not only are all of our outside perimeter doors locked but all of our playgrounds are fenced and locked as well. In addition, our front door is a coded entry. Visitors must ring the doorbell where they will be greeted by a member of the staff. We also have a Health & Safety Coordinator, Ashlie Reid, on staff.Ashlie's duties include, but are not limited to, conducting monthly fire drills, keeping first aid kits stocked, conducting center safety checklists and playground checklists. She ensures that all staff are current on first aid and CPR training and helps us maintain high cleaning standards.
