I reared four children and have been associated with Montessori schools, public schools and several private schools. I put Dove's Landing at the top of the list without reservation. I cannot begin to describe what an amazing environment it is. Hands on learning, reinforcement, discipline with love, a mentor program that benefits all the students, exposure to other cultures, languages, foods and customs, and so much more. They learn real science, art, music and so much more. It is a tiny school, but all that is missing is team sports, which kids can get elsewhere. There are lots of field trips, swimming, inner action with animals and so many things that team sports are not missed. The hikes and field studies are so much more beneficial! It is terrific.
