First Baptist of Saks Child Development Center was established in 1967.
It is our desire to create a safe and happy environment for your child so that you can leave each day with a peace of mind.
Our teachers seek God's guidance in teaching children and ministering to families.
We will strive to provide your child the best opportunity to grow physically, academically, socially and spiritually.
Included on this page are links to the necessary forms for enrollment; Application , Transportation and Permission.
All these forms need to be completed by the parent or guardian of the child.
We will also need the child's physician to fill in the Medical Form which we've attached to this page.
