The Lowcountry Preparatory School community functions as an
extended family that shares the goal of educating caring,
responsible, and resourceful young people for the challenges of a

Ours is a school of small learning environments (avg. 12-15
students) that foster curiosity and active participation. We offer
activities, teams, and clubs, that allow every student to find a
niche where they can participate, lead, experiment, and grow. We
require student participation in community service initiatives to
encourage awareness and understanding of life in our broader
