Merrifield Child Development Academy has been operating since 1991. We are conveniently located in Falls Church near the Dunn-Loring Metro.
The Academy provides stimulating and rewarding learning experiences for a diverse group of children whose ages range from 16 months to 5 years old.
We also provide before and after school care for children 6 years old to 10 years old.
We strive to provide parents with peace of mind by welcome their children to a place that offers a high quality education program with competitive tuition costs.
We are an Approved Provider Office for Children's Child Care Assistance and Referral (CCAR) Program.
This program shares resources and makes referrals to families to our academy and other centers in Fairfax county.
CCAR also provides financial assistance for child care to eligible Fairfax County families and support to Approved Providers.
Our philosophy at Merrifield Child Development Academy is to develop a child`s social, emotional, and physical development.
In addition, we focus on intellectual growth, early literacy, language skills, and creativity by using a variety of hands-on strategies, resources and techniques, so that children become positive young thinkers.
Our mission is to provide a high quality preschool education program where children engage in meaningful learning and play!.
