Pikes Peak Academy fills a niche in the Colorado Springs education community that exists between the public school system and traditional Christian school alternatives. It meets the needs of mostly low-income students who have voluntarily or involuntarily left the public school system, may not have the academic record or the funds to obtain a quality private school education, and are considered at risk of not graduating.
