The Red Apple is a licensed, nationally accredited, private day school specifically designed to assist in the development and readiness of the preschool, pre kindergarten and kindergarten child.

We offer morning and afternoon school programs from September through mid June.

Countrywood offers an extended preschool day from 7.30 a.m. until 5 p.m. We follow the Stafford County Schools calendar.

The program provides a series of structured and unstructured activities that contribute to the child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual development. Learning centers and motivational activities build the foundations for future academic pursuits.

Children are encouraged to observe, discover, investigate and enjoy themselves in a learning environment.

Classes are small and teacher retention is high. Teachers hold degrees and credientials in early childhood education, human growth development, elementary education, and other child related fields,.

A two year old class is offered at the Summit Campus. Call the school for information. This group will not need to be potty trained.
