It is difficult to sum up the impact South Coast Montessori has had on our family. The school and amazing teachers have played a huge role in raising our two children from toilet training through long division. Over the years at SCM, our children learned how to be a contributing member of a community and laid the foundation for a lifetime love of learning. We felt comforted sending them to a place where we knew they were loved and respected and watched in amazement as they experienced explosions in learning and development under the stewardship of the skillful teachers. We will forever be grateful for this formative and extremely positive start to our children's academic careers.

We began our time at South Coast Montessori in an infant program where the teachers provided a nurturing environment for my child to grow. We chose to continue her educational experience at SCM and she has now joined the primary classroom. The school has supported us as parents and helped my daughter at each milestone. Watching her become more independent and confident in the classroom and the world has been so rewarding. The educational experience is tailored to your child's readiness. The teachers are warm and empathetic while also providing challenging material. Most of all we have grown to love the community of families, teachers, and staff at South Coast Montessori.

My son attended this school when we were living in Goleta. It was a tremendous experience for my son to learn in the Montessori school. He learned a lot and demonstrated leadership skills by taking care of the younger kids. He was very happy there and always looked forward to going to the school. He formed a bond with the teachers, classmates, and even their parents!! The teachers are very nice and very caring. The campus is well-designed for the kids to learn through play. Definitely recommend the school!!
