While it may be hard to leave home and go to a boarding school, SVPA feels like you are leaving home to go home. This school not only helps with educational perspectives, but also helps students build up relationships with family and friends from home. The school does this through equine therapy. Students learn to build a relationship with school horses and even the teachers who teach the academics. Everyone here helps the kids feel like they are at home. I have been in this school for 3 years and it is like a second home here at the school. I have grown so much in academics as well as discipline issues and maturity.
