St Joseph School

  • Saint Joseph School was founded in 1876 by the Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent DePaul.
  • It was the first Catholic school to be certified by the Virginia Board of Education and maintains certification today through the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
  • Saint Joseph School offers a flexible and well-rounded curriculum. Incorporated into this curriculum are opportunities for developing physical well being, fostering creativity, instilling social awareness, and engendering an appreciation for the fine arts.
  • In an effort to respect each student as an individual, Saint Joseph School strives to provide for a happy learning atmosphere.
  • Saint Joseph School offers education opportunities for grades PK-3 through 8th grade.
