- Hilton Head Preparatory School is a private, independent school where boys and girls from 15 months through twelfth grade are challenged and encouraged to develop into confident and thoughtful young adults. Teachers, students and parents hold high expectations as students pursue a rigorous curriculum and exciting extra-curricular activities. Whether in lower, middle or upper school, every teacher knows who you are. Hilton Head Prep currently offers a Montessori track from 15 months through third grade alongside a traditional track from Kindergarten through third grade. All students merge into a traditional track in the fourth grade.
