Hope Academy is K-8 non-denominational Christian school that specializes in providing quality personalized christian education for the next generation.
Our 13:1 student to teacher ratio allows us to care for each child's educational needs, and we have Bible, PE, and enrichment classes in the arts every day.
Most of our students read at or above grade level, and many are ahead of grade level in math.
Our heart is to provide a warm, fun, family enviornment where discipleship and growth can help our students deepen their relationship with Jesus in addition to acheiving their academic potential.

School Notes
- School Motto: To educate and equip the next generation to follow Jesus and uniquely serve in His kingdom.
- School Mascot: Warriors
- Our vision- "To educate and equip the next generation to follow Jesus and uniquely serve in His kingdom." Each child is uniquely gifted by God, and we want their education to include a rich understanding of their identity and purpose.
- We model for students what it means to live like Jesus and do what He did. We encourage their strengths, and support them in areas of academic weakness.
- Our classes are grouped by developmental levels: K-2 for early reading skills, 3-5 for reading to learn and developing independence in learning, and 6-8 for study skills, organization, and time management. Middle school students move between a teacher for ELA (English/Language Arts) and history and another teacher for math and science. All students are given opportunities for enrichment (including leadership and community service for middle school).
- Currently we have a staff of four highly qualified and caring teachers, and two aides who serve in the K-2 and 3-5 classrooms.
- We use Science of Reading research based practices for reading, and Barton/Orton-Gillingham for intervention.
- We share the property with Aldersgate United Methodist Church, who has given us exclusive access to a portion of their facility and property for school use.
