Monroe Academy was incorporated on May 19, 1966, as a college preparatory school and formally ceased operations permanently on July 31, 2009.
The school property is located on 28 acres and includes three academic buildings, with a state-of-the-art Science Facility, a gymnasium/cafeteria, all athletic fields, tennis courts, and two playgrounds for elementary students.
It is located about 1 mile from I-75, Exit # 185 in Forsyth, Georgia and will be sold.
