Our Lady Star Of The Sea School

  • At Our Lady Star of the Sea School, our goal is to enable each of our students to sparkle a bit brighter each day.
  • Overlooking tranquil Long Island Sound, OLSS combines a challenging academic program with a warm and caring atmosphere, thus enabling our children to become lifelong learners and spirited achievers.
  • Recognizing that no two stars share the same sphere, our faculty strives to foster individual self-esteem, encourage creative thinking, and build moral character.
  • At the same time, we rejoice in the interactive design of the universe, and so we teach our stars the importance of friendship, cooperation, and a love and respect for all of God's children.
  • Our students are taught not to reach for the stars, but to become one.

My three sibling and I all graduated Our Lady Star of the Sea School. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school. The acacademic and moral lesson I learned while attending OLSS have stayed with me long after I graduated. It is truly a special school.
