Our Lady Star Of The Sea School (Closed 2011)

At Our Lady Star of the Sea School, our goal is to enable each of our students to sparkle a bit brighter each day.
Overlooking tranquil Long Island Sound, OLSS combines a challenging academic program with a warm and caring atmosphere, thus enabling our children to become lifelong learners and spirited achievers.
Recognizing that no two stars share the same sphere, our faculty strives to foster individual self-esteem, encourage creative thinking, and build moral character.
At the same time, we rejoice in the interactive design of the universe, and so we teach our stars the importance of friendship, cooperation, and a love and respect for all of God's children.
Our students are taught not to reach for the stars, but to become one.
