Our daughter has attended both preschool and transitional kindergarten (TK) at St. Jeanne de Lestonnac School in Temecula, and it has truly been a blessing for our family. As she heads into kindergarten, we couldn't be more pleased with her experience. She's grown socially, academically, and spiritually in ways that far exceeded expectations. Her TK curriculum has been as rigorous as what many public school kindergarteners experience. At just five years old, she's already reading books—and more importantly, she's excited about it! The staff are also exceptional. The teachers are skilled, attentive, caring, and compassionate. They communicate regularly with parents and create a nurturing environment that supports her development. There are also plenty of opportunities for families to connect and for students to build friendships outside the classroom. If you're looking for a school that combines strong academics with a faith-based, supportive community, we recommend St. Jeanne's.

I have been a parent at this school for 13 years. In middle school my girls decided to try the local public school, then switched to charter. I have now experienced a few schools in the area, and there is no community like the one at St. Jeanne. The adults (parents, faculty, and staff) really look out for each other's children and truly love them. My daughter came back for high school, and we absolutely love it. She has so many opportunities there that you would not expect from a small, newer school. The teachers all know her and look out for her. She feels at home there. Their FFA program is amazing. My daughter loves it, and she has become a great interviewee and speaker at only 15 years old. I could not be happier that she chose to return to SJ for HS! I also have an elementary child there. I love the values that my children are learning at St. Jeanne and the fact that they are with like-minded families.

We just completed our first year at St. Jeanne, and we are very happy with our experience! Previously, we homeschooled due to a lack of great school options. We are so happy that we found St. Jeanne. The teachers seem to genuinely care about our child and not just academics. St. Jeanne is about the whole child while still challenging them academically. There are plenty of activities for parents to get involved in if they desire. Overall, we are thankful we found somewhere for our child to thrive.

We just completed kindergarten, and it was a very enriching experience for our child. He absolutely loves his teacher and is very proud of his school. He made immense progress in reading and writing and math. It's so nice to see that the children use pen and paper to learn; this is proven to be the most efficient and effective method for learning. We hope to see this continue further, at least through elementary school. The teachers are strict and demanding, and there is homework, which teaches children that they have responsibilities. The school is focused on learning (which is what we wanted), not on other topics. The children have wonderful music lessons, have classroom presentations in front of parents, participate in Christmas and Easter shows, do hands-on gardening, learn languages, and do art—overall, a very beautiful and very demanding curriculum. We loved our year at St. Jeanne's and will continue in the future. We strongly recommend the school.

I have had my son enrolled in their Little Vineyard (preschool program) for two years now. Where to start?! I personally love that they have uniforms and provided snacks and lunch; it makes the morning routine so much smoother. I also like that there are many options in enrollment: T/Th, M/W/F, and M-F, with the further option of half days or full days. When looking around for preschools, I wanted a place that would be fun for my son but also educational, and that's exactly what we've experienced. I'm amazed by how much he's learned (knows all upper and lowercase letters, all shapes, all colors, 21 sight words, common Catholic prayers, how count to 100, etc.). And, the cherry on top is that it's promoted my son's spiritual formation as well. I truly believe it takes a village to raise a child and I have been so blessed to have the teachers, sisters, and all other staff at Saint Jeanne's (groundskeeper—beautiful grounds; greeters—warm, personalized welcome each morning; the list goes on and on!) as a part of my village. I feel that they truly care about the well-being of my child, which is something I think would be difficult to find elsewhere.

Our son has been a part of the St. Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School community since kindergarten, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He will be going into second grade this year, and we're so grateful for the loving, faith-filled environment he's grown in. The teachers and staff are exceptional—not only in their dedication to academic excellence but also in how they care for each student as a whole person. Abram has blossomed both academically and spiritually. We love how his education is grounded in Catholic values, and it's beautiful to see how he is growing closer to Jesus each year. The school community truly feels like an extended family. From school events to Masses and classroom activities, we always feel welcomed, supported, and involved. St. Jeanne de Lestonnac has been a blessing to our family, and we're so thankful our son is getting such a well-rounded, faith-based education here.

As parents who moved to Temecula from Orange County four years ago, we thought we knew what a great Catholic school looked like. Our children attended a highly regarded institution in OC, and we were very happy with it. However, since enrolling our kids at Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac School (SJDLS), our perspective has completely shifted. SJDLS is, in almost every conceivable way, superior. From the moment you step onto the campus, you feel the profound dedication to their mission: "At Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac School, we are united by a shared mission—a calling to educate the whole child by nurturing academic excellence, spiritual formation, leadership, and the development of each student's God-given talents." This isn't just a slogan; it's the living, breathing ethos of the school. The academic rigor is exceptional, pushing our children to achieve their best while fostering a genuine love for learning. Beyond the classroom, spiritual formation is deeply integrated into daily life, helping our kids grow in faith and character. We've seen remarkable development in their leadership skills and a clear encouragement to explore and cultivate their unique, God-given talents. The Sisters of the Company of Mary Our Lady, along with an incredibly dedicated staff, work tirelessly to create a faith-filled environment where every student is truly known, loved, and encouraged to grow into the person God created them to be. This personalized attention and genuine care are what truly set SJDLS apart. Our children feel seen, heard, and valued, which has made all the difference in their educational journey. While we do wish there was an attached parish, we understand and appreciate that SJDLS serves as a beacon for all the parishes in the surrounding area, uniting families from various communities under its incredible mission. If you are looking for a school that prioritizes holistic development, academic excellence, and a nurturing, faith-filled community, look no further than Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac School. It has been an absolute blessing for our family, and we couldn't recommend it more highly!

We enrolled my daughter for TK early in summer 2020 because we could tell the public schools probably wouldn`t open. She started in august 2020 and has gone full time through out the pandemic. The school staff and teachers are amazing! My husband and I have been so impressed with how much our daughter has learned and grown that we decided to keep her at at jeanne for kindergarten instead of enrolling her in public and we also signed up our toddler for preschool starting august 2021. Just for some background, we aren`t Catholic or any religion really. My husband actually was afraid to send his kid to a religious school, but he has been so impressed with the environment at st jeanne he has fallen in love with the school! It`s not cheap to do private school. But in the end it`s worth the sacrifice! I`d rather drive around my 2009 Hyundai than buy a new car. If that`s what it takes to know my children are getting the best education, it`s a no brained. We really love and appreciate this school.

I attended St. Jeanne de Lestonnac in the early 2000s from 4th-8th grade and thrived. The education was not only magnificent, but the community was loving and kind. This school has made such an impact on me that I enrolled my daughter and she loves it as well. I highly recommend this school.

This is truly an amazing school! The academics are excellent; the teachers are incredible; the students are fantastic and the staff and sisters are what holds it all together! The school has a high standard for the kiddos and have equipped them with an incredibly loving and supporting environment that challenges them, encourages and inspires them. Everything the kiddos learn circles back to love of Our Lord and service to others. Our family highly recommends St. Jeannes, the school really is a gem!
