This past year my daughter was a student in the transitional room. I have seen her grow in independence, communication, and social skills. The teachers at The Children's Academy are warm and caring, giving each student the attention they need to learn. They have an open door to always check in on your child's progress. The school has one active day (soccer or yoga, rotating each week) and one foreign language day (Spanish or French, rotating each week). The teachers do host a few open houses for the parents to learn more about the Montessori approach to learning. I found that extremely helpful so I can reinforce those learning mechanisms at home. Overall, I am extremely happy with sending my child to The Children's Academy and love the small nature of the school.

I am incredibly pleased with my son's experience at the Little Room. He thoroughly enjoys attending, often requesting additional days due to his enthusiasm for school. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to his teacher, Mrs. Lambert, who is truly exceptional. Also, thank you to Mrs. Massi, Mrs. Chubbs, Mrs. Haxton, and Ms. Olive, along with any others I may have missed. You have all made Mikey's first pre-K experience a truly wonderful one; we adore and cherish you all Choosing this program for my son has been one of the best decisions I've ever made!

Our little one has been at the Children's Academy from age 2.5 through pre-K. I can not say enough wonderful things about the warm and supportive environment and the amazing academic progress we have seen. We especially enjoy the no advance notice required for flexibility to drop off early and stay later after the regular school day as things come up. We also really like all the extra afternoon optional activities such as the cooking classes, soccer and musical theatre. Having lunch provided by the school is also a huge convenience! But the best part of The Children's Academy are the amazing teachers! We were hooked from our initial tour, so definitely schedule one to check it out for yourself!

We absolutely love the Children's Academy! My daughter went there from when she was 2 years old up until she was 6 (Kindergarten). She is now in the 1st grade and is reading above grade level! The teachers are so nice and really care for your children. Before and after care is available for working parents and they offer free lunches!

I feel like one of the biggest differences that make the Children's Academy at Springfield so wonderful is that feeling of closeness and family. The teachers and staff are always communicating with parents, and they allow parents to sit in and see exactly what the children are learning and doing. The Montessori way is a great learning process, and the school does an amazing job at it. Highly recommend!

We have absolutely loved attending The Children's Academy for pre-school and camp during the summer. My daughter has learned so much in her short time there. We can't wait to see her flourish more during her time there over the next few years. We hope to also send our son there when he becomes of age to attend. She loves her teachers, the students and the school. We would highly recommend The Academy to everyone!

We just finished up our second year with The Children`s Academy. Our five year old and three years old are enrolled and we`ve seen so much growth in both of them from their time here. They`ve picked up on things immediately at school that hadn`t been clicking when I worked with them independently. Colors and shapes, math, writing, fine motor skills, social skills are a few of the things I`ve seen my kids make tremendous progress within just a few hours a day. I really appreciate the Montessori method and it makes me happy to see my kids excited to go to school. They`re learning without even realizing it and having fun in the process. The Children`s Academy is giving my kids a strong foundation to not just be great students, but to be capable, independent, and confident people. Thank you for creating a safe, caring space my kids can thrive in. We are looking forward to the next school year!

This preschool paved the way for my daughter. They guided her and aided her every step along the way. She looked forward to go to school every morning. At the end of the day she was able to communicate what she had learned and played. Now in Kindergarten, she frequently asks to visit her former teachers. I will be sending my son once he is ready.
