A Hidden Gem with Transformative Magic When we first considered St. Michael's Episcopal Day School, I was actually a bit concerned that the class sizes might be too small. I worried that my children might miss out on the social dynamics that come with larger classrooms. But what we discovered instead was something truly special—an intangible magic that's hard to put into words but has been absolutely transformative for both of my kids. The level of one-on-one attention each student receives is extraordinary. Teachers here don't just teach—they know each child. They take the time to understand their interests, strengths, and areas where they need extra support. For example, homework packets are not necessarily the same for each child—they are tailored for a bespoke fit based on each child's academic path and needs. This allows for a truly individualized learning experience that has helped my children grow in confidence, curiosity, and capability. Another thing that sets St. Michael's apart is the incredible sense of community. The collegiality between grade levels is unlike anything I've seen before. Older students mentor younger ones, and there's a genuine sense of care and connection that runs through the entire student body. Watching my kids thrive in an environment where kindness, empathy, and mutual respect are the norm makes my heart so happy. If you're looking for a school that nurtures not just academic excellence but also emotional intelligence and a deep sense of belonging, St. Michael's is a rare and wonderful place.

This is the best school ever my kid went in nervous and came confident, highly recommend. My child was socially awkward and this school changed it for the better he now talks mildly normal conversations .The PE program is crazy good and the teacher are terrifically terrific. I love this school and my heart goes out to the students and the teachers. Amen
