AESA Prep Academy is a K-12 private college prep school, with an average of 115-120 students.
We have small student teacher ratios; 6-8, with coginitively difficult subjects with as few as 1/2.
The tuirion for ES is 17K and for MS and HS students there is a charge for electives and global languages, for an average of 19K.
Our students attend 4 year universities and receive excellent scholarship monies, based on their GPA, SAT/ACT scores, and their accomplishment such as being a NASA Junior Astrounaut, writing and art awards.
Our goal is to provide a very postive, uplifiting, motivating and inspirting academic and social experience.
Our courses are at the Honors level, and we ask all Juniors and Seniors to have at least one dual credit course from UC Berkeley and/or University of Texas at Austin.
We do not offer AP classes, and consider them not to be equal to a high level university Dual Credit Course.
All students and parents must have an interview and students need to shadow for a day.:) AESA has a close community and gives students life changing oppotunities.
We want the learning to take place in the classroom and therefore our homework load is significantly smaller than an all AP load for public and other private schools.
We believe students need time outside of school to flourish as well.
We also have an online school, AESA Prep International and a campus in Barcelona, Spain.
