Mrs. Armenta just gets it! She knows what to do with my child. I have gone to so many places, spent so much money, and nothing has helped! But this program, and Mrs. Armenta has helped immensely and we are so excited to finally find a place that is safe, nurturing and effective. Mrs Armenta is an expert with these kids and definitely knows what shes doing. We are thrilled with the success in such a short time! We have heard such great things, but this is greater than imagined. We are so excited to share with other families that need a program like this. To come in with such love, nurturing, and expertise is a miracle. I have been searching for 5 years now. 10 stars. I highly recommend!!

My daughter has succeeded tremendously since she started at ALA! We are so grateful for all the hard work from Mrs. Armenta and Mr.Smith. My daughter loves her time at ALA, and has gone up 3 grade levels since we started. All the teachers know what they're doing, and you can tell they love teaching! Whenever we walk in it is immediate happiness and good vibes. I recommend ALA to all my friends, and family! Thank you guys so much!!!

ALA has been a blessing to our family in many aspects far beyond the academic scope that I originally signed my son up for attend. Mr. Smith & Mrs. Julie Armenta have quickly been able to touch my 13yr old son so deeply that his overall demeanor is more pleasant & positive. Not to mention, my son is also being more accountable for himself and his actions and that far exceeds just academics!! The scope of what my son has already obtained from just the few short months and minimal hours per week is unimaginable. The development of character is a process that includes social-emotional development, maturity, decision making with attention to mental health as well and that is not something that is easy to find but i can assure you that can be found within the doors of ALA! Armenta Learning Academy is a blessing to our family and i`m grateful for all the accomplishments that have already been made. Thank You Armenta for all you've done & will do!! Much Love Always!!!

They strive in teaching the kids respect with others, and building your character. They even have classes for social skills for success, which teaches them basic manners etiquette, respect, esteem building, and being the best person you can be! They specialize in teaching kids with learning disabilities, and special needs. All teachers were trained on how to teach everyone the correct way and with respect and love. My child has been very successful in all of her school work since she started attending here and I am so grateful for Mrs. Armenta and Mr. Smith for everything that have done and continue to do. If you live in the area I would 100% recommend checking out this academy, you will not be dissapointed.

We were pleased with the home school program and how it transformed our daughter who had challenges at her former school. She was able to concentrate and learn. Mrs. Armenta helped her regain her confidence. They take extra care with these kids not just academically but socially and emotionally. Mrs. Armenta also helped to foster my child`s love of writing and art. She made sure the homeschool students got plenty of sunshine and exercise during the day. There is a beautiful walking trail across the street that provides for nature experiences which my child absolutely loved. I willBe forever grateful for Mrs. Armenta for helping get my child back! She truly cares about her students. We feel like we are a part of the family there.

My nephew was diagnosed early in life with autism/aspergers, OCD, and ADD. He is going into his junior year of college and has been having a very difficult time dealing with school, depression and several other social issues. I reached out to Mrs. Armenta and scheduled an appointment with Mr. Smith, needless to say they have given him the tools and support that he needed to help him! Mr. Smith has shown him that his conditions are not disabilities but actually assets and how to utilize these assets to his advantage! He looks forward to future sessions at the Armenta learning academy. I highly recommend this Academy to any parent who has a child that is struggling, get them the help that they need at this Academy. I can`t thank them enough!

I LOVE ARMENTA LEARNING ACADEMY! I love Mr. Smith and how patient he is with Ari. It's funny to see them together from years ago when Ari was younger and smaller until now. I love when Mr. Smith shares much needed, meaningful life lessons to Ari. It's good for Ari to be introduced to those life lessons in addition to his regular school work. I know it's not always easy Mr. Smith, but I really do appreciate you and your hard efforts to try to reinforce knowledge into Ari. I appreciate how you try to teach him to respect others. I appreciate all of your support over the years. MANY THANK YOUS!

Armenta's teachers take a personal approach to teaching the children. Combined with a grouped effort from teacher to teacher.I've seen my friends children's progress far above what they ever did when they were in public school. In a shorter amount of time.Their teachers are very educated and teach the children respect as they give the children respect. They are building leaders. They give the children the tools they need to get through life. They teach integrity, compassion and respect not just by basic words but through their actions to the children.+They teach at the children's learning level. They make a good assessment at the beginning to find out where the child is learning and they make the curriculum at the level that's comfortable for the child. Then they start to raise the curriculum level slowly so the child starts learning at a higher level. They simply don't tolerate bullying. They tell the children and parents that at the beginning. If it happens they deal with it immediately. Mrs. Armenta, Mr. Smith and staff are absolutely wonderful and can change your children's lives.
